Strategy Explainer
Challenge
Samaritans needed a way to humanise their five-year strategy. Translating abstract pillars like Access, Reach, and Sustainability into something emotionally resonant and easy to understand.
Solution
Working with an existing set of simple, expressive character designs, I brought the story to life through animation. Each scene was carefully timed and crafted to reflect real moments of connection, struggle, and hope. Making the messaging feel both clear and deeply human.
Result
A moving, accessible animation that communicates the heart of Samaritans’ strategy, helping audiences connect with the impact of their work in a meaningful way.
